VISION STATEMENT

Churchill Transport Group will provide the top level of customer service in the freight brokerage industry while creating an enjoyable and challenging work environment.
We will maintain ourselves with a long term vision for growth as a company and individually. We will do this by selling at every spare moment, committing to loads and then covering them in the time they were expected by the customer and doing so for a profit.

We will always give those that seek it an opportunity to grow. The profits will be shared amongst the employees according to time and contribution so all can see a return on their efforts, and extra efforts will be rewarded. There will always be an open door policy to speak your mind and solve issues. All issues will be settled according to the good of the company.

These things will be accomplished by hard work, persistence, patience, using time wisely, and having integrity. We will all work together to create an environment conducive to high intensity work while ensuring the personal comfort of employees while pushing other to do their best.
